1. Who processes your data

We run this website as a small studio. This policy explains what data we process when you visit the site and when you contact us, and why.

2. What data we process

Visiting the site: the site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools and does not track you. The server that hosts the site does, however, routinely log technical data about each request (IP address, time, page address, browser type).

Project enquiry and contact form: the details you fill in (name, email and answers about your project) are passed, when you press “Send the enquiry” or “Send message”, through the service Web3Forms to our mailbox. If you do not press the button, nothing is sent.

If we agree to work together, we also process the data needed for the offer, the contract and invoicing (name or company name, address, company ID, contact and billing details).

3. Why we use the data and on what basis

Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer: necessary for steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Performing the contract and invoicing: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations, mainly accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Running and securing the site (server logs): our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

Messages and offers that did not lead to cooperation: for up to 12 months from the last communication.

Contracts, invoices and accounting records: for the period required by law, usually 5 to 10 years.

Server logs: according to the hosting provider’s settings, usually a matter of tens of days.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only where needed to run things: the hosting provider, the email provider, where applicable the form-sending service, and an accountant or tax adviser. These processors are bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

If any provider processed data outside the European Economic Area, we would make sure lawful safeguards are in place (for example standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies at all, not even technical ones. We use no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and scripts are part of the site and are not loaded from third parties. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just write to us at dddevbros@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

8. Security

The site is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people who need the data for their work have access to it, and communication runs through secure email.

9. AI tools and possible mistakes

When we build websites, apps and texts we use modern tools, including artificial intelligence tools. We always review the results, but mistakes may still occur. We try not to enter visitors’ personal data or access credentials into these tools. Information on this website, including the samples and the price calculator, is indicative and is not a binding offer.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when our services change. The current version is always on this page and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
